We endeavour to process and despatch your order within 3 working days of receiving it. Our warehouse works Monday to Friday.
Our consignments are shipped with Direct Freight Express, Followmont QLD and Australia Post. Tracking numbers can be supplied upon request.
Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived. Photographs are always helpful and you can email us at [email protected].
Out of Stocks – our site's product availability syncs with our inventory multiple times a day but sometimes there will be items that are not available and we don't realise until after we've taken your order. These items will be backordered, which you'll see on your invoice that arrives with the goods.
